Information stored

Ahim stores the account details you submit, operator chats, optional profile context, connection metadata, and an audit record of approvals. A supported service may return additional information only after you approve its official consent screen.

How it is used

Information is used to provide your workspace, respond in an operator chat, and maintain a record of your requested approvals. Optional profile context is used only when you enable it.

Security boundaries

Do not enter passwords, SMS codes, payment-card security codes, seed phrases, private keys, or recovery phrases. Ahim does not need them.

Your choices

You can revoke a connector approval and delete chats from Settings & access. Account deletion should remove the workspace data associated with that account, subject to technical backup retention and legal obligations.
